This limited run of belts is available in our signature Color #8. The belts feature a 1.25" strap with a solid brass buckle, black stitching, and burnished edges. They are lined with our 100% vegetable tanned Russet Horsehide.
Most Shell Cordovan belts are made from 3 cut straps that are then joined together. This is necessary, as most shells measure less than 18-20" from end to end.
We receive a handful of shells every year where both shells are joined in the middle. Of this handful, a few yield long, smooth shells that are suitable to make a one piece belt.
Each belt has been cut, split, burnished, and stitched by hand - each belt features 800 or more single stitches.
SIZING INFORMATION - These belts run small. Please order one size larger than your pant size. The measurement shown is from the base of the buckle to the center hole. We recommend you measure your favorite belt this way to ensure proper sizing. Please contact us with any questions regarding size.
